We love places with a past and stories to tell. Three O Nine is perfectly situated in the young and lively almost pedestrian neighborhood of Hamra, Beirut, overlooking the American University of Beirut. We, the ghostwriter , implemented the project combining casual, contemporary luxury with minimalist western design. It’s the perfect port of call for constant travelers who know how to live in the moment and are at home wherever they set down their bag. Flying light and often solo, expecting seamless comforts, a bit of local buzz, and highly professional yet completely unpretentious service, they’ll find nothing less than everything they need at the Three O Nine Urban House.

Three O Nine rooms come in Standard, Junior Suite and Executive suite, tailored to individual needs and cut from the same cloth with customized furniture, mood lighting and seamless comforts accessorized by such considered details as French liquid soap, and exceptional mattresses. Our luminous spaces are fitted with curtains for filtered daylight, as well as double-glazed windows and black-out blinds for optimal sleep. The smart ceramic finish in aesthetic warm wood aspect facilitates easy cleaning yet the lush carpets surrounding the bed elevate the room’s coziness adding a touch of luxury with practical approach to cleanliness and comfort. Walk-in showers complete the retro-modern elegance of bathrooms styled in signature 309 White and white.

Foolsbar - Rooftop
Our rooftop on the 11th floor has the kind of magic that makes time fly, slowly. A fully loaded bar servicing wet area with guests relaxing in the jaccuzi-pool, and dry area with Lounge chairs, small tables and lush plants populating the terrace and inviting guests to parallel play, work or meditate throughout the day, while taking in sweeping views that extend from the Mediterranean sea and the American University of Beirut across the rooftops of the capital all the way to the mountains.
